Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Permanent)

Working Location: 1801 Mackenzie Highway 20, Hagensborg, BC, V0T 1H0
Working Hours: 30 hours per week (full-time)
Benefits: 4% vacation fee paid
Wage: $25.00 per hour (Overtime pay to be paid at 1.5 times regular wage after 8hr/day and after 40hrs/week.)

Job Duties: Assist in determining and establishing office procedures Answer and relay telephone calls and electronic mail Maintain inventory of office supplies Provide administrative support by preparing a variety of documents, reports and correspondence. Assist in any day-to-day operational activities and provide office support Respond to and follow up with inquiries and requests Maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure all files, documents and databases are maintained and up to date
Qualifications: Completion of secondary school is required. Several years of work experience Or Combination of related work experience and college or university education is required. Proficiency in computer skills such as MS Office, Excel, etc. Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
