Our commercial cleaning company is looking to fill a position overseeing the Brampton and Mississauga area.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are being followed
- Supervise, coach and coordinate activities and duties of cleaning staff
- Monitor the usage of cleaning materials and replenish as necessary
- Orienting and training new staff
- Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Notify management of problems that affect the services to the customer
- Recommend/arrange for additional services (e.g. carpet cleaning, floor stripping and sealing, etc.)
- Recommend work schedules, supervise and coordinate the work of staff
- Participate in field operations meetings to ensure alignment across the company
- Perform the same duties as cleaning staff, as necessary
Requirements include:
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Must be able to work weeknights and/or weekends, depending upon assigned shift
- Must be reliable
- Must be willing and able to follow direction
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Must have access to a vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must have commercial cleaning experience in multiple industries
- Previous supervisory and people management experience an asset
