Are you caring for a family member or friend who is living with dementia in long-term care? Please help Pam Durepos, a nurse researcher (PhD Student) at McMaster University by completing a 15-minute paper questionnaire by mail about information, support and planning to prepare for end-of-life, even if it is years away.
